Who these terms apply to

RAWDO ELECTROTECH, part of BUSINESS HUB CHINA, sources electrical, electromechanical, electrotechnical and industrial hardware from manufacturers in China and supplies it to contractors, distributors, resellers and industrial projects. Our activity is business to business. The catalogue on this site is a sourcing catalogue, not a consumer retail service.

Catalogue and prices

Prices shown on the product pages are indicative and expressed in US dollars, ex-works China, excluding freight, insurance, duties and local taxes. They reflect the price level obtained from the manufacturer at the time of publication and can change with the market, the quantity ordered and the specification you confirm.

A price becomes firm only when it appears on a proforma invoice issued by RAWDO ELECTROTECH for your specific order, together with the quantity, the lead time and the agreed delivery terms.

Minimum quantities and specification

Most references carry a manufacturer minimum order quantity, indicated on the product page where it is known. Technical characteristics, ratings, certifications and packaging are confirmed in writing at quotation stage. If a manufacturer changes a specification between quotation and production, we tell you before the order is confirmed.

Quotations and orders

Send us your product list with quantities and destination, through the quote form, by email or on WhatsApp. We check availability with the manufacturer and send a quotation covering the goods, the lead time and, where you ask for it, freight to your destination. An order is confirmed once you accept the proforma invoice and the agreed payment has been received.

Shipping, duties and lead times

We consolidate goods in China and ship by sea or by air according to what you choose. Freight, insurance and delivery terms are set out in the quotation. Import duties, customs clearance and any local taxes at destination are the buyer’s responsibility unless the quotation says otherwise.

Lead times cover production plus transit and are estimates given in good faith. We keep you informed if a manufacturer or a carrier causes a delay.

Inspection, claims and warranty

Please inspect the goods on arrival. If an item is damaged in transit, missing, or does not match the confirmed specification, contact us promptly with photographs, the packing list and the invoice reference so we can open a claim with the manufacturer, the forwarder or the insurer while it is still admissible.

Manufacturer warranties are passed through to you. The scope and the duration depend on the manufacturer and on the product family, and are stated in the quotation for the references concerned. Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, use outside the rated conditions, or modification of the product.

Because the goods are sourced and produced against a confirmed order, returns for convenience are not possible once production has started. Claims relating to defects or non-conformity are handled as described above.

Installation and technical responsibility

Electrical equipment must be selected, installed and commissioned by qualified personnel and in accordance with the standards in force at the place of installation. The technical information we publish is provided to help you select a product; it does not replace a design study, and it does not transfer to RAWDO ELECTROTECH any responsibility for the installation itself.
