Who we are

RAWDO ELECTROTECH is an electrical, electromechanical and industrial hardware sourcing business operating from China, part of BUSINESS HUB CHINA. This policy covers the website rawdo-electrotech.wbms.space and the online shop hosted on it.

What we collect

• Quotation and contact requests. Your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the content of your message or product list.
• Orders. If you place an order through the online shop, we collect billing and delivery details, the products ordered and the order history attached to your customer account.
• Customer account. If you create one: your email address, password (stored encrypted) and the addresses you save.
• Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed, date and time) kept for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies

The site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work: keeping your shopping cart between pages, keeping you signed in, and protecting forms against abuse. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and the customer account will stop working.

Why we use your data

To answer your quotation requests, prepare proforma invoices, process and ship orders, provide after-sales support, keep the accounting records we are required to keep, and protect the site against fraud and abuse. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Manufacturers and suppliers, only to the extent needed to source and confirm the products you asked about.
• Freight forwarders, carriers and customs agents, when your order is shipped.
• Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database.

We do not transfer your data to anyone else unless we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Quotation and contact requests are kept for as long as the commercial relationship is active. Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by the applicable accounting and tax rules. Server logs are kept for a short technical retention period.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to rawdo-electrotech@wbms.space and we will answer as quickly as we can. If you have a customer account you can also review and edit most of your details yourself from the account page.
